  1. The Beginning

    2002

    Revival Solutions Group was founded by our visionary leader, who started with little more than a few plastic chairs and a team of just three employees. With ambition, determination, and a clear vision for the future, the foundation for a powerful group of companies was set.

  2. The First Acquisition: IAS Ltd

    2004

    In 2004, the company took a bold step forward by acquiring IAS Ltd. This acquisition led to the formation of Wizard Works Space, providers of short, medium and long term rental of aerial work platforms, associated industry products and services. The company thrived, and after just a few short years, the business was sold to Lavendon for an impressive 22 times the original investment in 2007 — an early indication of the potential for success in our strategy.

  3. Entering the Leasing Market: Drivemaster Solutions Limited

    2009

    In 2009, we expanded into the commercial vehicle sector by purchasing the assets of Drivemaster Solutions Ltd. What started as a strategic move to diversify our business turned into a key development that shaped our future. Over the years, the company was rebranded and evolved into what is now Hexagon Leasing Limited, one of the largest businesses in the group, providing vital leasing solutions across the commercial vehicle market.

  4. Turning Around Modular Movements Limited

    2014

    In 2014, Revival Solutions Group, in partrnership with the senior management team of Westram, aquired the assets of the business and formed Modular Movements Limited. The newly formed team recognised the potential and swiftly implemented a transformation strategy. Today, this company stands strong as a success story within our portfolio, contributing to the group’s growth and demonstrating how our support enables business transformations.

  5. Elevating the Bodybuilding Sector: Bodywork Solutions

    2016

    As a leader in the commercial vehicle industry, we identified a gap in quality and service in the bodybuilding sector. In 2016, we took the opportunity to acquire a distressed bodybuilding business, which has since evolved into Bodywork Solutions, one of the West Midlands' leading commercial vehicle bodybuilders. This acquisition allowed us to enhance the quality and longevity of our services, providing tremendous value both to our external customers and to our group businesses.

  6. Expanding into Dealerships: South West Truck & Van

    2018

    Our journey into franchised dealerships began in 2018 when we purchased the business and assets of Aquila Truck Centres in Swindon and Avenmouth, and rebranded it as South West Truck & Van. This marked a pivotal moment as our first OEM franchise dealership within the group, forming a strong partnership with Iveco. The success of this dealership is a testament to our commitment to offering top-quality commercial vehicles and services to our customers.


  7. Revival Resourcing Group

    2020

    In 2020, we recognised the importance of supporting not just our internal needs, but also the growing demands of our customers. We created Revival Resourcing Group, a multifaceted entity designed to meet diverse business needs.

    The group consists of:

    Revival Media: A marketing and advertising company focused on delivering impactful campaigns.

    Revival Resourcing: A recruitment service that helps our business partners find the best talent.

    Revival Connect: A telesales organisation dedicated to driving business growth through customer engagement.

  8. Expanding Partnerships: Renault Service Partnership

    2021

    In 2021, we developed an exciting new partnership with Renault, establishing an R2 service facility at our Gloucester location. This partnership has enabled us to expand our service offerings and further enhance the quality and efficiency of our operations.

  9. Asset Assist

    2022

    In 2022, we introduced Asset Assist, a specialised service that supports our customers with roadside assistance, defect management, and vehicle clinics. This service also provides secure commercial vehicle storage and asset evaluations, which are essential for funding partners. Asset Assist ensures that our customers' assets are always operating at their peak, minimising downtime and improving overall efficiency.

  10. CogLock Innovation

    2024

    Our most recent investment in CogLock, a promising start-up innovating in safety, reflects our commitment to the future of the industry. The product and the founder's enthusiasm drew us in, and we see enormous market potential in this collaboration.

  11. Pioneering Sustainability with Revival Energy

    2025 and Beyond

    Looking ahead, our vision for 2025 and beyond is focused on sustainability and the future of commercial transport. We are proud to introduce Revival Energy, a forward-thinking initiative aimed at providing alternative fuel vehicles and supporting our transition to greener practices.

    Revival Commercials will continue to provide expert engineering support through our on-site and mobile technicians, ensuring seamless integration of new technology.
