Anti Slavery Statement

RSG is a business that supports transport-related businesses, with many years of experience in providing vehicles and bespoke solutions to major companies in the transport and distribution sector. By applying proven expertise in fleet management and procurement services, we enable our customers to rely on RSG to manage their large vehicle fleet requirements, allowing them to focus on their core business activities.

As a service provider, RSG does not operate with an extensive range of local or international suppliers where modern slavery or human trafficking would typically be considered a material risk. None of our suppliers are critical to our business success.

Although RSG is not legally required to publish a slavery and human trafficking statement under Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (due to our size), we remain fully committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships. We continue to implement and enforce effective systems and controls to ensure that slavery and human trafficking do not take place anywhere in our business or supply chains.

Our Commitment and Actions

We are currently reviewing and enhancing our anti-slavery systems and controls to:

  • Identify, assess, and monitor potential risk areas in our supply chains.
  • Mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains.

We are also reviewing how we engage with our network of suppliers to ensure they comply with the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (“the Act”). Our initial focus is on suppliers that:

  • Fall within the criteria defined in the Act (businesses operating in the UK with a minimum annual turnover of £36 million).
  • Operate in jurisdictions where the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking is highest.

Following this review, we will continue to assess our wider supplier base and monitor compliance across all supply chains.

Policy Development

As part of this process, we are reviewing our existing Ethical Policy and will introduce a dedicated Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy. This will strengthen our framework and further demonstrate our commitment to transparency and ethical responsibility.
